1. Agreement
By accessing or using NaireAI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. NaireAI is operated by the entity identified on your order form or invoice, or otherwise as published by us ("we," "us").
2. The Service
NaireAI provides tools to help you work with security questionnaire content and related evidence, including AI-assisted drafting where enabled. Features may change. We do not guarantee that outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular compliance or legal outcome—you remain responsible for review and for what you submit to third parties.
3. Accounts & access
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse, security risk, or non-payment where applicable.
4. Your content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to operate the Service (for example, hosting, processing, and security monitoring). Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that violates law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access others' data, probe or disrupt systems, or use the Service to build competing models by extracting training data in violation of our policies or applicable law. AI outputs must not be relied on as sole authority for regulated decisions without human review where required.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
7. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
